Do not say work hard, because that is the best way to attract money for your employer. I am looking for some real answers, like what are the fundamentals of wealth accumulation. Is it a matter of faith, and persistent thinking a certain way. Is it a matter of researching, and instilling a message in your mind, or a combination of both plus something else.
I have known many people who work harder than most roofing, doing drywall, concrete workers, and not one of them are even approaching any sort of wealth, that is my argument against the work hard mentality.

Work real hard………..for yourself. Start your own business and work real hard.
It’s finding the right thing that is in demand and starting your own business to satisfy that demand. Bill Gates did it for people who wanted a simple way to operate computers.
You have to find the right opportunity.
Understand business.
People will evaluate your business plan and place probability on whether it will succeed and provide a return of principle and profit or will your plan fall through. A well done business plan will go a long way toward reassuring investors you are serious about your venture. Examples of similar operations and their numbers will go a long way toward attracting investors. A good track record which reflects your operations up to this point will reassure investors you are able to make your business plan work.
If you are the “investor” it is necessary to review the business plan of those people you wish to invest in. Review their books and see what track record they have for achieving their target earnings. Review their market analysis and projections. Ensure you will have a return on your investment and most important that you will get your principle back.
Money is a tool. Some people use their tools wisely, others do not.
My secret to wealth building, which I will gladly share with you now, is to simply sit on my living room sofa, pour myself a nice glass of tea, open a window, listen to some classical music on my i-pod, light some incense, read a few poems from the Upanishad to get my attitude just right, and then wait for the cash to just drift on in. Now I’ve even gotten it so the little sparrows in my garden are trained to just drop it all in a special jar, so I don’t even have to get up.
