Riverside Expands Investor Relations Team

The Riverside Company has added Erick Bronner to lead the firms Investor Relations department. Bronner brings 20 years of private equity fundraising and investment banking experience, most recently as a Founding Partner at Mercury Capital Advisors, a global private equity fundraising and investment advisory firm. Prior to Mercury, Bronner was a Managing Director in Merrill Lynch’s Private Equity Funds Group. As Global Head, Fundraising and Investor Relations, Bronner assumes the reins from Christine Croissant, who is moving into a part-time role with the Investor Relations team.
Bronner will spearhead Riversides efforts to meet the needs of a growing base of international investors as head of a department that numbers seven individuals today and manages the firms $ 3.4 billion in assets across four fund families. The Investor Relations team has steadily grown over the last 10 years as Riversides funds have grown in scope and geography, and to meet the needs of a sophisticated pool of investors in an increasingly regulated environment.
Bronner’s entire career has been in corporate finance and fundraising, beginning as a public accountant with Arthur Andersen, followed by five years in investment banking first with Citicorp Securities and then Merrill Lynch. He began his career in private equity fundraising in 2000 when he joined Merrill Lynch’s Private Equity Funds Group.
