Has anyone used the Secret's technique to visualization boards? How do they work and what am I supposed to put
on them? I know if you want to attract material possessions like cars put pics of those up,what if i want to attract love. Do pictures of men work and if I want to see myself in a better light do I put pictures of happy women? Help.

I suggest using your own imagination, just imagine yourself with your ideal man and most importantly HAPPY with your ideal man.
On your visualization board, put pictures of your friends or family members who are in relationships that make them really happy.
If you want to end up with a life partner, a picture of a wedding dress would help too. Also, pictures of your dream wedding.
Just remember to ask the universe for someone who will make you happy and always be specific about the kind of man you want.

There is so much more to the secret than just doing a visualization board. You can visualize that you want something but you have to focus on the feeling that you get when you say you want something. It is becoming aware of that unconscious part of ourselves that create those feelings and emotions which are usually just our ego trying to protect us from feeling pain.
If you put a picture of your ideal guy what goes on in your head?
Things like 'yeah right a guy like that will never like me or I'll never find that or whatever it is that is in your unconscious part of your brain that keeps you from having exactly what it is that you want.
Study and learn about the law of attraction and learn to become aware of yourself so that you can be more present for others. If you want to find love you have to give love.
We also get this wierd idea that love is what is going on in a relationship that our partner needs to make us feel special and when they don't – we don't love them anymore. If it is true love it just doesn't go away like that. Most of our love relationships are dysfuctional codependent relationships based on attachment – not love
