Has anyone used the Secret's technique to visualization boards? How do they work and what am I supposed to put

on them? I know if you want to attract material possessions like cars put pics of those up,what if i want to attract love. Do pictures of men work and if I want to see myself in a better light do I put pictures of happy women? Help.
lol. yeah i thought so! so then only pictures of me with those men? is that a good idea??

I suggest using your own imagination, just imagine yourself with your ideal man and most importantly HAPPY with your ideal man.

On your visualization board, put pictures of your friends or family members who are in relationships that make them really happy.

If you want to end up with a life partner, a picture of a wedding dress would help too. Also, pictures of your dream wedding.

Just remember to ask the universe for someone who will make you happy and always be specific about the kind of man you want.

In 1995, the first of a series of nine books entitled A Conversation with God Book 1: An Uncommon Dialogue hit the bookstores and quickly became an instant success. For more than an overwhelming 135 weeks it stayed on the New York Times Best-sellers list. And the sequels fared similar success.

According to Neale Donald Walsh who is the author of A Conversation with God, he started asking God irate questions when he was at the lowest moment in his life. Inquiring about why his life seems to be in tatters, why somehow he seems to have no concrete direction in life. He wrote down all his questions, he heard a voice asking him if he really wanted to find out the answers to all his questions. His book or books A Conversation with God is a compilation of more than 3000 pages of ideas all the outcome of Neale Donald Walsh’s conversations with God or what he actually what it was. In the book A Separate Reality Carlos Castaneda said, to be a man of knowledge one needs to be light and fluid. The book was about the resume of Castaneda of his apprenticeship under Indian sorcerer, Don Juan. When he was collecting medicinal plants from used by Indian from the Southwest, subsequently he met and became the apprentice of Don Juan.

Your subconscious mind works in pictures and images, so make your vision board as visual as possible with as many pictures as you can. You can supplement your pictures with words and significant phrases to increase the emotional response you get from it.

Emotional

Each picture on your vision board should evoke a positive emotional response from you. The mere sight of your vision board should make you happy and fuel your passion to achieve it every time you look at it.

Strategically-placed

Your vision board should be strategically placed in a location that gives you maximum exposure to it. You need to constantly bath your subconscious mind with its energy in order to manifest your desires quicker than you hope.

Personal

Negative feelings, self-doubt, and criticism can damage the delicate energy that your vision board emits. If you fear criticism or justification of your vision board pictures from others, then place it in a private location so it can only be seen by yourself.

The law of attraction has become one of the most popular topics today in the world of personal development. Many people have experienced massive changes in their life since they have watched the life-changing movie entitled “The Secret”. This movie focused on what is believed to be the most powerful law in the universe – the law of attraction.

People everywhere are interested to know how to use the power of this universal law to attract their desires and achieve their ambitions in life.

For those who are not familiar, you might be asking, “What is the law of attraction?”

It is a universal entity that attracts to you whatever you focus your attention on majority of the time. This magnetic power allows you to manifest your thoughts and emotions into reality.

You may have not been aware, but it has been existent since the beginning of creation. The greatest people who have ever lived practiced the law of attraction. The most successful people in the world today are practicing it, including Oprah Winfrey.

It is vital for anyone who is applying this universal law to know how to use it to its full advantage. The law of attraction does not merely rely on the “ask, believe, and receive” formula. Nope, sorry to say but it’s not that simple. To unleash its full magnetic power, you have to observe the following:

1. Visualize in your mind the very thing you desire to be, do, or have. Believe without a doubt that it is already happening in your life. Feel the happiness or satisfaction of having achieved your dream in your whole body, mind, heart, and soul. It is highly recommended that you create a vision board (a cardboard will do, with pictures of things that delight your heart). This will greatly boost your visual faculty.

2. Declare your intentions, believe that you are already receiving what you are asking for, and state your affirmations whenever you can. If you want to be a best-selling author, say, “I am a best-selling author!” many times throughout the day with belief, conviction, and emotion. It is highly recommended to go to a room alone to focus on your self-talk.

At any time of the day when you are about to say something negative like “I can never do this!” or “I’m so dumb!” hold your tongue and say “Cancel! Cancel!” or “Delete! Delete!” It is vital to keep your inner dialogue purely positive and free from pessimistic toxins.

3. Take inspired action! The universe helps those who help themselves. If you’ve been watching “My Name is Earl,” you’ll probably be familiar with karma. It states that if you do something good, an equally good thing will come back to you. And if you do something bad, an equally bad thing will come back to you. You reap what you sow. Therefore, if you just keep daydreaming and don’t do anything, the universe won’t do anything to help you either.

4. Receive openly. The law of attraction is more powerful if you open up and allow yourself to receive the abundance that the universe supplies to you. If you reject your blessings, you are stopping the flow of prosperity and decreasing your attracting force. Acknowledge even the smallest things in life. Remember to always say “Thank you.” Let the universe know how much you appreciate all the abundant gifts you are receiving. Show sincere gratitude, and the universe will respond appropriately by giving you more.

The law of attraction is so precise; it never fails. Understand it, know exactly how to unleash its full potential, and start applying its principles to manifest everything you’ve always dreamed of. You can do it! May the attraction power be with you.

Healing With Laughter and Humor Using a Vision Board

Laughter and humor have been popular practices in healing our mind, body and spirit; there have even been medical tests and studies that have proven that this is a beneficial practice in getting and keeping well.

The power of thoughts and emotions can manifest good in our bodies as well as create what we don’t want, just by what we are thinking. Studies have shown that a positive attitude or emotional state can boost your chances of surviving almost any kind of dis-ease, but what is mostly talked about is cancer.

Now it is even common for doctors to recommend different kinds of laughter and humor to their patients as a way of improving their immune systems and other serious diseases. Some of the doctors don’t call it law of attraction, but stick with a more middle of the ground statement of, will to live and/or fighting spirit.

One of the best methods is to have a Laugher and Humor Vision Map Video that you can watch on a daily basis and in the privacy of your home, car or wherever you have an electrical device to watch videos. You can watch this as many times a day you want and create a daily habit of laughing and you can even watch it several times a day. They are fun to watch and they remind you to laugh and to have fun.

Another powerful emotion to use when dealing with illness and/or dis-ease is love and spirituality; these are great for a hopeful and optimistic attitude. Laughter helps overcome the trials of each day, and when you create a way of laughing in the midst of your illness, you automatically shift toward a frame of mind that invites a healing outlook and an intention that you can diminish the dis-ease.

Even though cancer always seems to come up when we are talking about healing ourselves there are many other instances that work well with laughter and humor, such as chronic pain, divorce, death, loss of a home, loss of a friend, credit card debit and I am sure you can think of more.

Work on making it your goal to find something to laugh at every day, and to practice taking yourself a little less seriously and what this will do is lighten the situation you are in to a level that comes with more joy.

When you laugh an enthusiastic laugh it can help to reduce stress, maintain the right blood pressure, elevate mood, boost immune system, improve brain functioning, protect the heart, it can foster instant relaxation, and the reason it does this is that it stimulates production of endorphins, a natural painkiller, and reduces levels of the stress hormone, which contributes to high blood pressure and other conditions.

They now have laughter clubs and groups which have a definite format to increase and teach people how to laugh, it is a great therapy and one of these groups would be a great thing for you to check into and see if you have one in your area. There are also laughter and yoga classes where they combine the two and this is also very effective.

Have you ever noticed that when you laugh really hard, you stop thinking? It puts you right in the present moment and there is nothing better than being in the NOW, as it leaves all of our pressing issues at rest for at least a little while. One way to do this is to learn how to, see funny instead of trying to be funny.

Do you know where I can download free graphic images?

I’m trying to make a video collage like they use in Law of Attraction. So I need images of romance, money, travel etc.

I keep looking on the internet, but every site says they are free, but once you sign up, you then are asked to pay a monthly fee.

I found a free site long ago, but I can’t find it now.

Do you know of any totally free images I can download for my own personal use? I won’t use it for any other reason but my own ‘vision board movies’.
